Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature usage via PostHog analytics. Content Data: We store the claims, replies, and debate content you submit through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not include sensitive personal information of third parties. Payment Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the Service. - Authenticate your identity and manage your account. - Process payments and manage subscriptions. - Analyse usage patterns to improve the product (via PostHog). - Communicate with you about your account or the Service. - Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Clerk - Authentication and identity management. Neon - Database hosting (PostgreSQL). Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management. PostHog - Product analytics (consent-based). OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) - AI content generation. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards. When you submit content for AI-generated debate, your claim text is sent to the selected AI provider for processing. AI providers may retain data in accordance with their own policies, but we do not authorise them to use your content for model training.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for: Session management: To keep you signed in and maintain your preferences. Analytics: PostHog collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how the Service is used. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using a tracking blocker. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: - Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL). - Encrypted database connections. - Access controls limiting who can view or modify data. - Regular security reviews. No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention). 7. Data Roles & Responsibilities

Under applicable data protection law: - Adversairy (UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD) acts as the data controller for platform data (account information, usage data). - For User Content (claims, replies, debate content), we act as the data processor, processing it solely on your behalf to deliver the Service. - You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is lawfully collected and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you. - Correct inaccurate or incomplete data. - Request deletion of your data. - Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis. - Object to processing or request restriction of processing. - Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
