Payment Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

We use your information to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the Service. - Authenticate your identity and manage your account. - Process payments and manage subscriptions. - Analyse usage patterns to improve the product (via PostHog). - Communicate with you about your account or the Service. - Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents. We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Clerk - Authentication and identity management. Neon - Database hosting (PostgreSQL). Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management. PostHog - Product analytics (consent-based). OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) - AI content generation. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards. When you submit content for AI-generated debate, your claim text is sent to the selected AI provider for processing. AI providers may retain data in accordance with their own policies, but we do not authorise them to use your content for model training.

We use cookies and similar technologies for: Session management: To keep you signed in and maintain your preferences. Analytics: PostHog collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how the Service is used. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using a tracking blocker. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
