1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of adversairy.com and related services (the "Service") operated by UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15433829), with registered address at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, abusive, or threatening content. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service. - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. - Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent. - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Plans, Pricing & Usage Limits

Adversairy operates a freemium model. Free accounts receive a limited allocation of credits. Paid plans are available for higher usage. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges in accordance with your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any claims, replies, and debate content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your User Content to train AI models. All intellectual property in the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) to generate adversarial perspectives, lenses, and robustness evaluations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

9. Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not substantially used the Service during that period. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. - We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of AI-generated content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
